RETURN POLICY - FLUTTER FLYERS
Thank you for shopping at Flutter Flyers. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of item delivery.
Note: Flutter Flyers does not provide return shipping labels for orders shipped outside of the USA. The customer is responsible for shipping returns for orders outside of the USA. Flutter Flyers must be contacted within 7 days of order delivery to approve returns.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached.
- It should be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiating a Return:
To start the return process, please contact us at sales@flutterflyers.com. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and take appropriate measures to resolve it.
Returns Due to Change of Mind:
If you decide to return a product due to a change of mind, please ensure that the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process. Please note that in such cases, the refund will exclude the initial shipping charges, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
- For defective or incorrect products, we will cover the total shipping cost.
- However, if you are returning a product due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the actual shipping cost plus a 20% restocking fee.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including orders shipped outside of the USA, promotional discounted bundles (holiday bundles), items that have been used, wholesale purchases, and items that were discounted at the time of sale. If you have any questions or concerns about the eligibility of your specific item for return, please contact us.
Restocking Fee:
A 20% restocking fee will be applicable to all product refunds.
Return Label:
- For defective products, the return shipping label will be included in the box.
- For returns due to customer remorse, the customer is responsible for obtaining the return shipping label.
International Product Returns by Mail:
To return a product, the customer is responsible for initiating a shipment and for the cost of the return shipping. Flutter Flyers does not provide a return label for international shipments. All returns must be approved by Flutter Flyers to be accepted. The customer is responsible for all charge associated with return shipping including customs fees. Exchanges:
We do not accept exchanges.
European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period:
If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, regardless of the reason and without justification. The item must meet the same conditions as mentioned earlier. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. The return must have prior approval and all items must be in like-new condition and not used. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
